CANADA/US Shipping costs
All packaging and fulfillment are done in-house.
- TRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING: $10 fee across Canada (Expedited via Canada Post)
- TRACKED PRIORITY SHIPPING: $20 (Xpresspost via Canada Post)
- Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping
- TRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING: $15 USD fee (via Canada Post/USPS)
- TRACKED PRIORITY SHIPPING: $25 USD (via Canada Post/USPS)
- Orders over $200 USD are eligible for free shipping
We ship internationally and offer various shipping methods at the checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated on order weight & charged in your currency.

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time (2-3 days):
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We do not ship on weekends - orders placed between Friday to Sunday will be shipped out within the next 1-2 business day (Canada Post does not operate on holidays).
If you choose priority shipping, we will pack and ship your order within the first 24 hours of you placing your order.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Your package will ship within 24 hours of receiving this tracking code.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking code to activate as Canada Post may not scan the package on arrival.
We currently ship via Canada Post, and the shipping times can vary depending entirely on Canada Post.
Canadian delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days.
International delivery usually between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to custom delays or holidays.
Australia: 14 business days
United Kingdom (order can be placed based on request): 10-14 business days
Canada West: 1-5 business days
Canada East: 4-10 business days
U.S. Standard: 7-10 business days
U.S. Priority: 3-5 business days
You can also install the Shop App which will sync with your e-mail, it will track and notify you of updates on your orders shipping.
Take note that once your package has been shipped, we do not have any control of the package location/delivery time. We will see the same tracking information that you see. If the tracking does not update for up to 5 business days, please send us an e-mail with your order information so we can contact the shipping carrier.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out the best shipping methods. We are not responsible for late deliveries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Kundan Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Yes! Please contact us at email@example.com. Provide us your order number and we can make an arrangement for order pickups (we will refund you for shipping if you have placed the order online)
