Please note the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 CAD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Canadian orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping
Kelowna customers are eligible for free pickup - Please use the discount code `KELOWNAPICKUP` at the checkout. We will reach out to you to arrange a pick-up time.
Discount codes cannot be used together, if you are using another discount code, please place your order and select the desired shipping method. We will refund you the shipping cost and arrange a pick up time via e-mail
All packaging and fulfillment are done in-house. We are currently looking into the most affordable shipping costs for you, at this time shipping costs are a flat $10 fee across Canada
We currently ship to United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France & Italy.
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated on order weight & charged in your currency.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time (2-3 days):
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
You will receive an e-mail when your item has been shipped.
We currently ship via Canada Post, and the shipping times can vary depending entirely on Canada Post.
Canadian delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days.
International delivery usuallybetween 7 and 14 business daysto arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to custom delays or holidays.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. We are not responsible for late deliveries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Kundan Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
