Free Shipping or pickup?

Canadian orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping

Kelowna customers are eligible for free pickup - Please use the discount code `KELOWNAPICKUP` at the checkout. We will reach out to you to arrange a pick-up time.

Discount codes cannot be used together, if you are using another discount code, please place your order and select the desired shipping method. We will refund you the shipping cost and arrange a pick up time via e-mail 

Please note if you choose this discount at the checkout, and you are not picking up your order - we will cancel your order and you must place the order again & pay for shipping.

All packaging and fulfillment are done in-house. We are currently looking into the most affordable shipping costs for you, at this time shipping costs are a flat $10 fee across Canada

International Shipping

We ship internationally and offer various shipping methods at the checkout. If you do not see your shipping country at the checkout, please contact us.

We do not ship to India or Pakistan at this time. 

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated on order weight & charged in your currency.

If you don't see your country listed, please send us an e-mail or chat in and we are happy to look into this for you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time (2-3 days): 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If you choose priority shipping, we will pack and ship your order within the first 24 hours of you placing your order. 

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. 

Shipping time:

We currently ship via Canada Post, and the shipping times can vary depending entirely on Canada Post.

Canadian delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days. 

International delivery usually between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to custom delays or holidays.

You can also install the Arrive App which will sync with your e-mail, it will track and notify you of updates on your orders shipping.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. We are not responsible for late deliveries. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Kundan Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Shipping to Other Regions

If you do not see your country listed as a shipping method - please e-mail us at info@thekundan.shop and we can help arrange a shipping method for you. 

For sanitary and hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds on purchases.

All sales are final. 

If for any reason there is an issue with the order (damage during shipping), please contact us with the first 7 days of the receiving order to orders@thekundan.shop

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thekundan.shop
